Wild Horse Valley

Das Werk charakterisiert die nordamerikanische Prärie mit den in Wildnis lebenden Pferden, den Mustangs. Dabei lehnt sich die Tonsprache bewusst an die Stilistika der Filmmusiken des Westerngenres der 50er und 60er Jahre an, um ein Stimmungsbild von Lagerfeuer, Westernromantik und einzigartiger Verbindung von wilden Pferden in der Landschaft zu spiegeln.

The work characterizes the North American prairie with the horses living in the wild, the mustangs. The tonal language is deliberately based on the stylistics of the film music of the western genre of the 1950s and 1960s in order to reflect a mood of campfire, western romanticism and a unique combination of wild horses in the landscape.
